Our Policies
As a courtesy you will receive an email reminder a week before and a text reminder 1 day before your scheduled appointment time. It is your responsibility to be aware of your appointment date and time to avoid any late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.
We understand life happens and schedule adjustments are necessary. However, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice before the scheduled appointment. If you fail to communicate any changes before the 24-hour mark and you no show you will be subject to being charged a fee according to the policy below:
> Cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount
> Any late arrivals of 15 minutes or more, or no-shows are subject to 100% of the reserved service charge
> A card on file is required to schedule an appointment
We have a 3-strike policy designed to ensure all clients adhere to our late cancel and no-show policy. After 3 infractions online booking privileges will be revoked and you will be required to contact us to schedule any appointments in the future.
When booking a session, you are reserving my time, and it is blocked off just for you. This also means that other clients are unable to book that appointment time. Please be respectful and mindful of my time and my small business. Thank you for understanding!
